design-hitch ("we", "us") operates design-hitch.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, country, and project details submitted via our contact form or checkout. Payment information is processed entirely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We also collect standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access times, used only for security and performance.
Contact information is used to respond to enquiries and deliver purchased services. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Order and contact data is retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting compliance. You may request deletion at hello@design-hitch.com except where retention is required by law.
Stripe processes all payments under its own privacy policy. Google Fonts may log font requests. No other third-party tracking is active on this site.
You may access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold. South Dakota residents and California residents under CCPA have additional rights to know what data is collected and to request deletion.
